Starting Your Journey – Recruitment & Selection
Our recruitment process is designed not just to evaluate your skills, but to welcome those who align with CHI’s mission to deliver compassionate, world-class care to children and families. During this phase, we look for:
-
Specialist Knowledge & Expertise:
Your qualifications and motivation to contribute to CHI. -
Communication Skills:
The ability to express ideas clearly and work across teams. -
Healthcare Professionalism:
Demonstrating values that foster public trust and patient safety.
In CHI we carry out competency based Interviews following your application and a shortlisting process.
1
During the interview a panel of interviewers will ask a series of questions based on our CHI Competencies. It is important to give examples in your answers based on your professional experience in the past.
2
If you are successful following your interview, a member of our talent acquisition team will reach out to let you know and you will receive a written offer of employment.
3
If you decide to accept the offer, our Onboarding team will be make contact and will send you over a series of pre employment documents that you will need to return in order to start your new role.
