Witnessing the excitement of the ‘BUILD’ at St James’s Hospital
The new children’s hospital project is the largest and most welcome investment in children’s health in the State’s history. Below ground works (Phase A) for the hospital are complete and construction works (Phase B) began in earnest in early 2019.
Connolly and Tallaght
CHI at Connolly is open
CHI at Connolly, Blanchardstown, D15 opened on Wed 31st July 2019
Construction of our second Paediatric OPD and UCC on the grounds of Tallaght University Hospital (TUH) has also commenced.
These two centres will provide secondary paediatric care to children and young people who live in the Greater Dublin Area. It is anticipated that that each of the OPDs will see 16,000 attendances and that each of the UCCs will see 25,000 attendances per annum.
