
NCHD Jobs
The term Non-Consultant Hospital Doctor (NCHD) refers to persons employed in the public health service in Ireland as Interns, Senior House Officers (SHO’s), Registrars, Senior Registrars, Specialist Registrars or otherwise for the purpose of providing medical or dental services. A clinical team in Children’s Health Ireland is made up of a consultant, or group of consultants, along with a cohort of NCHDs and is the core of medical service delivery, within the Irish hospital system.
