Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this post is to provide non-clinical support to the team in the Emergency Department, and to be able to carry out all assigned duties.
Essential Criteria:
- Leaving Certificate as a minimum or equivalent
- High proficiency with MS office applications
- Proficient in keyboard skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills and capability to prioritize workloads
- Excellent written and communication skills
- An ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- An ability to multi task in a pressured environment in order to meet strict deadlines
