Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this post is to provide non-clinical support to the team in the Emergency Department, and to be able to carry out all assigned duties.

Essential Criteria:

  • Leaving Certificate as a minimum or equivalent
  • High proficiency with MS office applications
  • Proficient in keyboard skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and capability to prioritize workloads
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • An ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • An ability to multi task in a pressured environment in order to meet strict deadlines
