Purpose of the Role:

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative, proactive and sustainable Talent Attraction Strategies to drive attraction of CHI’s required workforce on a national and global scale, and attract highly qualified candidates, using the latest sourcing techniques.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • 3rd level qualification in HR or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment role, supporting fast-paced, complex resourcing initiatives.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media sourcing and innovatively using social networks to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Strong experience engaging with key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience in supporting large-scale HR change initiatives or programmes of work.
