Purpose of the Role:

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of physiotherapy services within CHI Tallaght to General Paediatrics, Neurodisability in both outpatient and inpatient setting.  

Essential Criteria:

  • Be registered as a Physiotherapist with CORU. Registration number must be listed on CV
  • Have a minimum of three years full time (or equivalent) satisfactory post qualification clinical experience of which a minimum of six months must be in the area of Paediatric physiotherapy, and a minimum of three months in the area of paediatric neurosciences (general paediatrics, neurology, neurodevelopmental, neuromuscular, complex neurodisability).
  • Evidence of relevant and up-to-date post graduate continuous professional development in the area of Paediatric and neuroscience physiotherapy.
  • Have experience in the supervision of junior physiotherapists and/or students
