Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Organisational Development Specialist will work with the Organisational Development Lead to scope develop and lead out on organisational development initiatives in support of the current programme of integration and transition. The initial focus for this role will be supporting cultural integration and staff experience, as well as partnering with OD/L&D colleagues to support and promote a culture of ongoing learning.

The post-holder will also work in partnership with the CHI Human Resources team, and other colleagues across CHI to determine what organisational development supports are required to promote staff participation, dialogue, organisational learning and values-based approaches.

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Organisational Development role or similar,

OR

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, with significant demonstrated experience of supporting staff engagement, cultural initiatives and organisational change.

AND,

• A degree or professional qualification in Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, HR Management or similar.
• Facilitation experience including design, co-ordination and delivery of collaborative engagement events e.g. workshops, listening forums etc.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects or change initiatives involving collaboration and consultation with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria:

• Qualification in Executive and Leadership coaching.
• Demonstrated experience in using quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather and evaluate organisational data.
• Experience in developing and maintaining a positive performance culture.
