Senior Occupational Therapist

Specific Purpose Contract

Candidates must meet the below criteria by the closing date of the advertisement.

 

Essential Criteria:

 

  • A recognised validated qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Must be CORU registered and have CORU number stated on application
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate clinical occupational therapy experience in a relevant clinical area
  • Experience in the field of mental health
  • Experience in paediatrics

 

Desirable Criteria:

 

  • Experience in the field of Child and Adolescent Mental Health
  • Experience in developmental paediatrics
  • Experience working in the area of acute paediatric health care
  • Knowledge of the Irish health care system, and community OT/ CAMHS services
  • Experience as a supervisor of students and/ or staff grade therapists
