Purpose of the Role:

The post holder is responsible for providing recruitment expertise, advice, management and support across an assigned portfolio across CHI, such as Corporate/Management/Admin, HSCP’s, Medical and Nursing etc.

The Recruitment Specialist (RS) will work closely with the HR Business Partner’s within the Clinical Directorates and supporting functions, and the CHI programme. This portfolio may change and evolve over time and these roles are about supporting your assigned portfolio and are not specific to any base site. Each RS will have specific reporting responsibility to provide reports to the Senior HR and CHI Executive team on recruitment data, metrics, KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis.

The RS will have a team that reports into them and their assigned portfolio.

Essential Experience:

  • Have a 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or relevant discipline. Or have experience in a HR role that is equivalent in years’ experience, to a qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume recruitment or In-House recruitment role supporting fast-paced, complex resourcing initiatives.
  • Track record in taking ownership of an end-to-end recruitment process.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience of managing Consultant and NCHD recruitment campaigns is desirable.
