Applications are invited from enthusiastic, highly motivated & innovative persons to join our Recruitment team in the role of Grade V, Recruitment Officer. This is an exciting and demanding role for a post holder who is used to working to strict recruitment and payroll deadlines and has HR experience. In addition, the post holder will work closely with the CHI HR Recruitment Lead, HRBP to support the stand-up of this cross-city service and to embed CHI’s Centralised Recruitment processes into CHI.
 

Essential Criteria:

  • 3rd Level qualification in a discipline relevant to this role, e.g. Human Resource Management or Business related degree.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate and consecutive experience in a HR role, within the last 5 years.
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience with high volume recruitment.
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of best practice HR, with a strong emphasis on recruitment & selection.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience working in Healthcare or Public Sector HR environment.
  • A good understanding of Employment Law, including an up to date knowledge of National HR policy changes & related developments.
  • Experience with SAP or other HR/Payroll systems & with a Recruitment / Talent Manager system.
  • Hold CIPD Accreditation, or eligibility for CIPD Accreditation
