Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this post is to be responsible for providing Recruitment expertise, advice, management and support across the Medical Recruitment portfolio.The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the HR Business Partners within the Clinical Directorates and supporting functions, and the CHI Programme.
Essential Criteria:
- Have a 3rd level qualification in HR or relevant discipline. Or have experience in a HR role that is equivalent in years’ experience, to a qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in a HR role.
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume recruitment or in-house recruitment role supporting fast-paced, complex resourcing initiatives.
- Track record in taking ownership of an end-to-end recruitment process.
