Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) ICT Programme has an exciting opportunity for an ICT Training Lead.

The ICT Training Lead is a core part of the ICT Business Engagement Team which will aim to drive adoption of new technology and innovative ways of working as CHI transitions to a Digital Hospital.

The ICT Training Lead will manage the ICT Training across all of this workstreams both in terms of talent development and system training. It will require working closely with the central Learning and Development Team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant 3rd level degree/post-graduate qualification plus at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant Learning & Development or related discipline role, ideally in healthcare or large organisational transformation project.

Or

  • 6 + years’ experience in a relevant/similar role, ideally in an eHealth project and/or experience in delivering a large scale multidisciplinary training programme.
