This role is a core part of the ICT Business Engagement Team which will aim to drive adoption of new technology and innovative ways of working as CHI transitions to a Digital Hospital.

This role will manage the ICT Training across all of this workstreams both in terms of talent development and system training, and will with work closely with the central Learning and Development Team.

Essential Criteria:

  • A relevant 3rd level degree/post-graduate qualification, a Learning & Development or related discipline
  • EHR project implementation experience and/or experience in delivering a large scale multidisciplinary training program. (minimum 5 years)
  • Track record in delivering successful training projects and supporting major organisational change
