This role is a core part of the ICT Business Engagement Team which will aim to drive adoption of new technology and innovative ways of working as CHI transitions to a Digital Hospital.

This role will be responsible for leading Change activity plus working with the central communications team, collaboratively develop and implement an ICT communications strategy.

A key objective is to define specific change impacts, challenges and opportunities, and design change interventions required to prepare the various stakeholder groups impacted. This role will also contribute towards the change communications required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant third level degree with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
  • Track record in delivering in a Project/Programme Management role in a complex organization for a minimum period of 2 years
  • Track record in delivering successful change projects and supporting major organisational change
