Essential Criteria:

• Minimum Diploma level qualification in Personnel Practice/ Human Resource Management
• Minimum two years’ experience in a Recruitment and Selection role
• Minimum four years Administrative Assistant (Grade IV) experience in Human Resource Department

Desirable Criteria:

• HR Generalist role experience
• Recruitment experience in a Healthcare environment
• CIPD registered
