Purpose of the Role:

The post holder will work as part of a busy Medical HR team, providing HR service and support to Medical staff with particular responsibility for NCHD recruitment and payroll.

Essential Criteria:

  • Have minimum 3 years HR experience including recruitment and payroll administration.
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of best practice HR with emphasis on recruitment and selection
  • A good understanding of Employment law including an up to date knowledge of National HR policy changes and related developments 
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience in delivering training and staff induction workshops
  • Demonstrate HR system competency
  • Be ICT literate (Microsoft office, excel, database management & Power point)
  • Analytical and Numerical Skills

Desirable Criteria:

  • Human Resources Qualification
  • Experience of working in HR in a Healthcare/Public sector setting
