The post holder will lead the office of the Chief Executive, overseeing a portfolio, to include, corporate affairs and information governance and communications (internal and external). They will act as advisor to the CHI Chief Executive and Executive Team on a variety of legal topics that relate to healthcare and services, ensuring that CHI’s corporate affairs are undertaken to the highest standards of probity and according to statutory and legislative requirements. They will establish and manage procedures for the sound corporate governance of CHI and will advise the CHI Chief Executive and Executive Team on related matters.

The post holder will work closely with:

  • CHI Chief Executive.
  • CHI Executive Team.
  • Office of the CEO Team.
  • CHI Board and Board Secretary, as required.
  • External stakeholders, as required.
