Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

Grade VII Directorate Operations Manager

Full Time 3 Year Fixed Term Contract

Essential Criteria:

  • A relevant primary qualification (minimum Level 7) in a related clinical profession or Business, Finance, HR, Management or other relevant discipline or commitment to undertake same.

Experience

  • Five years relevant experience with at least three in a healthcare management post.
  • Experience of working in and leading a team in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Experience in implementing change projects.
  • Experience and competency in use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

Desirable Criteria:

Qualifications

  • Project Management Qualification/Lean or commitment to undertake same.

Experience

  • A proven track record in Project Management.
  • Previous healthcare operations management experience
  • Experience of managing budgets (pay & non pay).
  • Knowledge of healthcare Patient Administration Systems
