Purpose of the Role:

Lead administrative/operations role in relation to Clinical Information System alongside general administrative / operational duties

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Completed two years at a Grade IV Level or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience of Audits and compiling Statistics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate successfully and sensitively with patients, public, staff, management and outside agencies
  • Excellent working knowledge of CMS / Streets Heaver or similar database
  • A high standard of IT Skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint (f)
  • Excellent working knowledge of FOI procedures.
  • Experience of management and oversight of accounts.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Completion of PA / Secretarial Training Course.
  • Supervisory experience
