Applications are invited for the following post on a Type B basis under the Consultants’ Contract 2008 (as per standard text issued by the HSE):

CONSULTANT PAEDIATRIC CHEMICAL PATHOLOGIST

This is an appointment to the Children’s Health Ireland and the initial commitment for this post is:

Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street – 31 hours per week

Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin – 4 hours per week

Rotunda Hospital – 4 hours per week

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

Registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of chemical pathology and two years documented postgraduate evidence of training and/or satisfactory experience in the area of paediatric chemical pathology, including inborn errors of metabolism.
