This is a permanent part-time role, 0.5wte / 19.5 hours per week.

The role of the CNS in ventilation is to provide support, education and counselling to the patient and their family. Ventilation (invasive/non-invasive) is a very demanding undertaking for parents at home, and the decision to advocate its use is not taken lightly by the medical team. Successful treatment must also be supported by the multi-disciplinary team and networking nationally and internationally to ensure the provision of the highest possible care.
