CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 1

Applications are invited from experienced Perioperative nurses who can provide leadership and support to the Nursing team in our Theatre Department. The successful candidate will need to be forward thinking and self-motivated with expert clinical knowledge and good interpersonal skills. The post will give you an opportunity to develop your leadership skills.  We offer professional development and support allowing you the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge.

Essential:     

  • Registered General Nurse or Registered Children’s Nurse
  • Three years post registration experience in nursing, two of which must be in Peri-operative nursing
  • Peri-operative/ Anaesthetic nursing experience or paediatric nursing experience

Desirable:          

  • A recognised Peri-operative course or willingness to undertake same
  • A  recognised anaesthetic /recovery room module or willingness to undertake the same
  • A recognised Peri-operative course or willingness to undertake same
