Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) at Crumlin is Ireland’s largest children’s hospital and is responsible nationally for the provision of the majority of quarternary and tertiary healthcare services for children. The hospital also provides secondary care for the local catchment area. It is the national centre in Ireland for a range of specialities including children’s childhood cancers and blood disorders, cardiac diseases, major burns, cystic fibrosis, clinical genetics and rheumatology.  ​

Children’s Health Ireland was established in January 2019 and consists of three hospitals at Crumlin, Temple Street and Tallaght and is leading on the clinical and operational transformation of acute paediatric healthcare.  This new organisation is operating as a single entity across the existing three hospital locations before transitioning to the new facilities at the two paediatric outpatient and urgent care centres at Connolly and Tallaght Hospitals and the new children’s hospital on the campus shared with St James’s Hospital in 2024.  ​

The Role of Clerical Officer, Radiology

Job Description

The post holder will support the delivery of the day-to-day operation of radiology services at Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin. This is an exciting and varied role for a post holder to be part of the Radiology Team. This role will contribute to the day-to-day operations of this department, with the duties of this role subject to change in line with the needs of the services.
