Children’s Health Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst & Project Manager (Grade VII)

The business systems analyst & Project Manager will act as a bridge between IT and the business stakeholders and include business requirement development and delivery with leads from all parts of the business including clinical, operational and ICT. The successful candidate will support delivery of ICT programme projects on time, within budget, to a specified level of quality to ensure that business benefits are delivered in conjunction with the services in which the project is being implemented.  

Essential Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business or other related discipline or if the qualification criteria is not met, relevant experience of 4 years commensurate with the role will be accepted.
• A minimum of 3 years Business Analyst experience
• Demonstrated excellent document writing skills (e.g. functional specifications, business process design documents)
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Solutions focused with a proven track record as a problem solver
