Children’s Health Ireland ICT Programme has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of benefits management and delivery.
As the Benefits & Patient Experience Lead, you will lead out on the two important areas of benefits and patient experience. You will be required to manage the ICT Programme Benefits Case and Realisation Plan across the work streams within the ICT Programme to support delivering their full potential. The benefits include improvements to patient outcomes and patient experience, as well as improved experiences for staff through advanced patient care through technology, improved ways of working and opportunities to enhance skills. You will lead and negotiate the needs of multiple stakeholders in delivering a shared programme of work.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant 3rd level degree/post-graduate qualification plus at least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role ideally in healthcare or large organisational transformation project
or
- 5 + years’ experience in a relevant/similar role, ideally in healthcare or large organisational transformation project
